Shared ski maintenance and storage facilities and washing machines are located on the courtyard level, making everyday life easier and your holiday even smoother. Luxury and comfort
There are two different color themes to choose from for the apartments. Kitchen cabinets, bathroom tiling and bathroom furniture can be chosen in either a rough dark or elegant greige, depending on your taste. See more materials on the page.
Pilothouse apartments are located on their own plot, offering privacy and peace. The apartments have geothermal and water-circulated underfloor heating, which ensures energy-efficient and even heat even in the bitter winter cold.
Similar magnificent houses are being built in the new village of Ruka . PilotHouse's ingeniously designed snowflake houses have been implemented in collaboration with Polarhouse . They were designed by the respected architect Tero Vanhanen, who also designed the neighboring Levin Lyhty houses.
